Leshell Creations Policies

1. Payment Policy: All orders must be paid in full before any processing begins. Orders will not be processed without payment confirmation.

2. Notice Requirement: A minimum of two weeks’ notice is required for all standard orders. This ensures sufficient time to prepare and complete your request.

3. Processing & Delivery Timeline: Orders will be processed and delivered within 7 to 14 days after payment has been received.

4. Custom Design Fees: If your order requires a custom design that is not created by Leshell Creations, the cost of the design will be added to your final bill.

5. Sublimation Orders: Sublimation products will be completed within 48 to 78 hours after payment is confirmed.
